Key Responsibilities

• Handle Customer Inquiries via Online Chat: Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to address their needs and concerns.
• Represent blithequark and Our Clients: Engage in online conversations that favorably represent our automotive dealer clients, promoting their products and services.
• Schedule Appointments and Capture Leads: Work to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation, ensuring that our clients receive valuable opportunities.
• Summarize Interactions for Client Review: Document and summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing insights that help our clients understand their customers better.
• Develop and Maintain Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge base to stay informed about the evolving products and services offered by our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

• Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
• Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus

Technical Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Personal computer or laptop with a second monitor, webcam, microphone, and external mouse & keyboard
• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions

• 4 weeks of full-time remote training
• Scheduled Tuesday - Saturday between 11:00am-7:30pm EDT
