About the Role

This contingent role is a unique opportunity to join blithequark's core development team as a customer-facing Program Manager. You'll be instrumental in testing, validating, and launching new technology at customer locations, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience. As a Customer Experience Analyst with blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development of technology that transforms the retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating Technology and Customer Experience: Assess the functionality and customer experience of new technology, providing actionable feedback to development teams.
  • Technical and CX Feedback: Offer technical and customer experience insights to development teams, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Deploying New Technology: Visit customer sites to deploy new technology, ensuring a seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Customer Feedback and Impact Analysis: Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technology, summarizing results in comprehensive reports for development team leadership.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare detailed written reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A 4-year degree in a science or engineering discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles.
  • Communication and Data Analysis: Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings effectively.
  • Product Development Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, particularly in consumer hardware development and deployment.
  • Complex Communication: Proven ability to teach and communicate complex topics to diverse audiences, both in writing and verbally.
  • Risk/Reward Analysis: Experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making informed decisions in ambiguous and ever-changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, providing a deep understanding of technical principles.
  • Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages, enhancing your ability to analyze data and automate tasks.
  • Project Management Training: Formal coursework or training in project management, demonstrating your ability to manage projects effectively.

What We Offer

As a Customer Experience Analyst with blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $38 - $42, depending on your experience. This 11-month contract role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, with approximately 50% domestic travel. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, customer obsession, and teamwork.
