Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative, your primary objective will be to represent our dealer clients in a positive manner while converting online interactions into valuable leads. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing precise information regarding products and services
  • Scheduling appointments effectively based on customer needs
  • Continuously developing and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of our evolving offerings
  • Capturing and documenting customer contact information for lead generation purposes
  • Summarizing customer interactions and feedback for client review
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in internet and computer use
  • Ability to multitask efficiently, with prior gaming experience considered advantageous

Qualifications

While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, we do require:

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • A background check will be required
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in an office or call center environment, engaging with customers in a professional setting
