Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our customer service department, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role involves handling a variety of inquiries and issues, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with blithequark. You will work remotely, enjoying the flexibility and convenience that comes with a home-based job.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about flights, reservations, policies, and services offered by blithequark.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to higher management when necessary.
  • Assist customers with booking and modifying flight reservations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred in the airline or travel industry).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

  • Previous experience in the airline or travel industry.
  • Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations.
