Job Summary

As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data analysis and visualization tools to support business decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and communicate findings through compelling narratives. Your expertise in data analysis, business process improvement, and technical tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau will be essential in driving business outcomes and informing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply data analysis and business process expertise to solve complex problems and drive business outcomes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and communicate findings
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical assets to support business operations
  • Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise narratives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business process improvement, or related field
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, business process improvement, and technical tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business process improvement, or related field
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Certification in data analysis, business process improvement, or related field
