Job Summary

As an American Express Remote Jobs Chat Professional, you will be the face of blithequark in our Centurion Parlor, located in the IAH Airport. You will serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional support to our premium clients and exceeding their expectations in every interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver unparalleled service, ensuring that our clients feel valued, heard, and empowered to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and engage with clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor, setting the tone for an exceptional experience

• Provide personalized support, addressing clients' needs and concerns with empathy and expertise
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and exceed client expectations, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy
• Employ the Client's First mindset, prioritizing clients' needs and preferences in every interaction
• Offer travel and lifestyle suggestions, as well as reservation assistance, to enhance clients' experiences
• Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
• Ability to listen actively, understand clients' needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms, to provide support in a client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the travel industry, including reservation experience, is highly desirable

• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
• Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks
