Job Summary

As a Virtual Chat Assistant at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat. You will assist customers with account-related questions, provide solutions to their problems, and maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions. This is a part-time remote position with flexible scheduling options, offering a competitive salary range of $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience, with working hours not exceeding 4 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through online chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, providing solutions to their problems and addressing their concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system for future reference.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams as needed, ensuring that all interactions are logged accurately.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies, participating in training sessions and continuous learning to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using computers and chat software, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
