Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and ensuring a smooth resolution to their inquiries. This is a part-time remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through live chat, resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements

* High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
