Job Summary

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through social media channels. You will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information to our fans. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and maintain a safe online environment through content moderation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and comments on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Foster Positive Interactions: Foster positive and authentic interactions with Blithequark fans, addressing concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalate Complex Concerns: Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate channels while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Content Moderation: Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and maintaining a safe online environment.
  • Brand Advocacy: Proactively promote Blithequark products, services, and events in a genuine and enthusiastic manner.

Essential Qualifications

Exceptional Communication

  • Fluent in Written and Spoken English: Fluent in written and spoken English with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

Social Media Savvy
