As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support via email, phone, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and troubleshooting problems with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via email, phone, and chat

  • Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
  • Modify and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels
  • Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
  • Handle a high volume of customer support requests with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Must be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection

  • No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM/support tools (a plus)
  • Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette

* 1 year of chat support experience

  • CRM/support tool experience
