Position Summary

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their travel inquiries, reservations, and concerns remotely. You'll provide personalized assistance and support, offering recommendations, resolving issues, and ensuring their travel experiences meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their travel inquiries, reservations, and concerns remotely. Provide timely and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Personalized Assistance: Provide personalized assistance and support to clients, offering recommendations, resolving issues, and ensuring their travel experiences meet their expectations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, to create customized itineraries tailored to clients' preferences.
  • Vendor Liaison: Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, ensuring clear communication and accuracy.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of client interactions, travel bookings, expenses, and other relevant information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
