Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced EdTech Program Director to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As an EdTech Program Director, you will be responsible for leading the development, launch, and execution of our program offerings, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that our camp locations maintain excellence in program standards. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing seasonal staff, as well as delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Program Planning: Involved in all stages of the seasonal employee life cycle, including interviewing, onboarding, training, and professional development.
  • Support recruiting efforts by finding, attracting, engaging, and nurturing talent.
  • Utilize ATS, Google Suite, and other tools to keep candidate pipeline organized.
  • Program Operations: Develop, launch, and execute program offerings.
  • Oversee the daily operations, scheduling, staff management, and general support of 5+ summer camp locations across the U.S.
  • Continually ensure that camp locations are maintaining excellence in program standards and staff are delivering a fun and engaging educational experience to all students through in-person/virtual visits and regular check-ins with site directors.
  • Monitor seasonal staff performance and provide timely feedback.
  • Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients via phone, email, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications.
  • Build and develop valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and assisting in resolving issues with empathy, tact, and patience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in Education or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Passionate about working in EdTech and sharing new ideas.
  • Quickly takes ownership of tasks and steps into leadership roles.
  • An ability to troubleshoot independently and problem-solve.
  • Delivers on details with follow-up.
  • Inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude.
  • Open to feedback, curious, and asks questions.
  • Clearance of all required background checks.
