Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative - Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our self-storage facilities, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience. You will work independently on a property, managing the office, retail sales, and maintaining the facility. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure that units are clean and ready to rent
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including offering packing and moving supplies
• Keep surfaces and high-touch areas clean, including sweeping, mopping, debris removal, and wiping windows
• Manage, audit, and balance the cash drawer, prepare and make daily deposits, and help keep customers current with payment
• Make collection calls when required and work with customers to resolve any payment issues

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
