Job Overview

With a range of shift patterns available, you can choose the one that suits you best, whether it's 15 or 17 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and converting lead-generated inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalized sales solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets, while up-selling additional products and services
  • Existing customer engagement and service management, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Being a role model within the team, showcasing the values of arenaflex and actively looking for ways to improve the customer journey

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customers' needs, and have a strong track record of achieving and surpassing targets. You will be great at building rapport with clients, have excellent communication skills, and be highly organized with a good level of education. Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role and working remotely would be advantageous, as well as experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Essential Qualifications

  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a remote or telephone-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Highly organized and able to work independently, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • A good level of education and a strong desire to learn and develop new skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
