Job Summary

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for testing the performance and functionality of our mobile games on a diverse range of devices, including iOS and Android. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to identify requirements, develop test plans, and execute QA plans and methods across multiple game portfolios. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and passion for a positive user experience will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Test the gaming performance and functionality on a diverse range of Android/iOS devices and other mainstream devices.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to identify requirements and develop test plans.
• Define test coverage, create and manage test cases, report test results, and determine delivery readiness during the software development process.
• Work with partners and stakeholders to improve our testing tools and processes.
• Check product quality, usability, and device compatibility.
• Identify and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Participate in the design and execution of QA plans and methods across multiple game portfolios.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of industry QA experience, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Mobile Game Testing: 3+ years of mobile game testing experience, with a focus on iOS and Android.
• Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of required technologies, tools, and processes, including JIRA, Testrail, and TCM tools.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence through feedback, champion, and improve the user experience.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience in strategic analysis for complex projects/systems.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and thrive while focusing on details.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, and/or Product Owner, ISTQB.
• Experience with: Xcode, using IPA, and generating tool logs.
• Experience with: Continuous Engagement Process.
• Experience with: Unity Editor and Perforce.
