Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Process payments securely and handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Proactively support customers, identify potential issues, and escalate priority concerns to maintain brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and improve service quality by adhering to company standards, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing changes as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support; call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates can apply.
• B2 level proficiency in English and native-level proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service-oriented, active listening, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• A typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy and computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the food ordering or e-commerce industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
