Founder Associate (m/f/d)
We’re hiring a Founder Associate (m/f/d) who’s ready to take ownership fast. This hybrid role blends Innovation Management with direct support for our COO, Madlen. Expect hands-on startup–corporate projects and a front-row seat to internal operations.

what you`ll do
Innovation Management
- Run startup PoCs end-to-end: from scouting and scoping to execution
- Translate tech talk into real business outcomes
- Identify the best-fit startup solutions for real corporate needs
- Act as a connector between corporates and startups—ensuring clarity, alignment, and results
COO Support
- Support Madlen (our COO) with daily tasks—calendar, travel, emails
- Create engaging content/assets for customers, LinkedIn or other channels needed
- Be a sounding board
- Build and own structures/systems for internal teams
- Coordinate projects and take ownership of operational tasks
- Organise client events
- Stay close to everything that drives the company forward
