Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in contributing to our market research projects. Your tasks will involve designing surveys, participating in focus groups, conducting product testing, and performing various office administration duties. You'll work closely with our team to craft questions, input and analyze data, and provide feedback to help businesses assess the potential success of their products. This is a part-time to full-time opportunity that offers flexible working hours and the chance to work from home.

Key Responsibilities
