Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Keyer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and Deciphering Orders: Accurately read and interpret customer and shipping orders, to ensure data is entered correctly.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Verification: Verify and ensure the accuracy of entered data, to prevent errors and inconsistencies.
  • Data Consistency: Maintain consistency of data throughout the system, to ensure seamless processing and analysis.
  • Error Reporting: Report any errors or anomalies to your supervisor, to ensure prompt resolution and minimize disruptions.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform filing, copying, and other administrative tasks, as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Data Entry Keyer, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to efficiently complete data entry tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
