Job Summary

As a Customer Support Executive – Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

  • Total experience: 0-10 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other support tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer support role

  • Knowledge of technical support software and tools
  • Certification in customer support or related field (e.g., ITIL, CRM)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Hindi, English, regional languages)
