Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Recruiting Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis. You'll also collect, analyze, and present data from various sources, identifying trends and insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Apply a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-friendly documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data testing

• Design, build, and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
• Collect, analyze, and present data from various sources, identifying trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Effectively communicate data analysis to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and business leaders
• Recognize patterns and trends to identify gaps in the applicant monitoring system and drive change at a system level with accountable parties (end users, system admins, etc.)
• Ensure successful integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience

• Previous experience working with People or Recruiting teams, or in-depth understanding of the full cycle recruiting process
• Prior relational database experience
• Proficiency in SQL and other common query languages
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Critical thinking and a problem-solving approach to tackling complex challenges
