As a key member of the team, you will own projects to drive progress on Choice Science and contribute to the development of tools for internal and external cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple data science decision groups for gadget buddy products, using econometrics and science-driven decision making

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience as a data scientist, with a strong background in data analysis and statistical modeling
- 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience with machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that influence their performance
- Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment
- 3+ years of experience in a partner or customer-facing professional or scientist role, with experience in business organization
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in Python, Perl, or another scripting language
- Experience in a machine learning or data scientist role with a large technology company
- Experience creating experimental and statistical designs for data modeling processes, using solid baselines, and ability to determine cause-and-effect relationships accurately
