About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Capabilities Community, which serves as a global Center of Excellence (COE) for General and Administrative (G&A) cost management. As a key member of this team, you will play a lead role as a data expert and process owner, supporting company-wide G&A objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving processes, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support high-priority workstreams directly aligned with executive needs, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of results
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, including the development of a new spend approval committee, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate, review, and present spend requests to a panel of Finance leaders, providing comprehensive analysis and recommendations
  • Develop initiative reporting to explain spend requests and decisions, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Explore internal data systems to become a subject matter expert in spend baselines, identifying areas for optimization and cost savings
  • Lead reviews to validate productivity recommendations across the enterprise, driving continuous improvement and innovation

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business planning, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness
  • 4+ years of experience in the retail or technology industry, with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of these sectors
  • 4+ years of experience contributing to and leading cross-functional teams, with excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience presenting recommendations to decision-makers, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Certifications in financial planning, analysis, or a related field (e.g., CFA, CPA)
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of cloud-based financial planning and analysis systems, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights

  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
