About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service to our cardholders. You'll handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and build strong relationships with our clients and customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Authorize sales and resolve customer complaints, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Utilize computer systems and technology to manage customer information, process transactions, and perform other job-related tasks.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. You'll be a team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, including the ability to manage multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent military experience.
  • Fully fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence using a computer, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other software applications.
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet.
  • Must be 18 years old or older, with legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and provide fingerprints as part of the selection process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of consumer financial services or banking industry.
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
