Job Summary

As a Delta Virtual Assistant, you will be the voice of Delta, ensuring that every customer interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. You will handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, assist with booking and reservations, manage customer complaints and issues, and provide general administrative support to various departments. This is a part-time position, offering competitive hourly wages, flexible working hours (always under 4 hours per day), and a wide array of benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid training, and paid vacations.

Key Responsibilities

* Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

  • Assisting customers with booking and reservations
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Staying updated with company policies and procedures

Requirements

* Must be a resident of New York State

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other computer software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
