Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Design Technologist, you will be responsible for:

• Own the end-to-end development process and deliverables from a design and technical perspective, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
• Provide design and technical leadership, working closely with business teams to develop campaign strategy, use cases, and technical requirements.
• Concept and develop first-to-market innovations that utilize Amazon's canvas, collaborating with creative counterparts to bring disruptive ideas to life.
• Present work to peers, product teams, and Senior leadership, effectively communicating complex concepts and ideas.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to your immediate and extended team, promoting growth and development.
• Partner with program and product managers to identify and assess features for future product offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• Proven web development experience across multiple devices, web-views, and browsers, with a strong understanding of front-end development principles.
• A proven ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive and elegant experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
• The ability to deliver functional prototypes on various devices, with a focus on user-centered design and accessibility.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex concepts across different audiences and levels of the organization.
• The ability to participate in the full lifecycle of design and development, including ideation, prototyping, development, backwards compatibility, fail-overs, validation, and user-testing.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience with React/JavaScript/NodeJS, HTML/CSS, XML/JSON, Adobe Creative Suite, WCAG AA/accessibility standards, GenAI/LLMs, and Figma.
• A strong understanding of cloud application development, with experience working with AWS.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new technologies and approaches.
