About the Role

As an Associate Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with our Digital Graphics Manager and other teams to create and produce design projects for DMG artists and soundtracks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and producing digital covers, playlist covers, and physical packaging (vinyl, CD, and cassettes) for DMG artists and soundtracks
  • Assisting with the creation of sales and marketing materials, such as one-sheets, banners, postcards, posters, ads, and outdoor campaigns
  • Providing final deliverable graphic files that meet our specifications and deadlines
  • Preflighting packaging files before delivery to our vendors and assisting with uploading to our distributor, Universal Music Group
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow, review process, and final delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Digital Graphics Manager to ensure design projects meet our quality and deadline standards

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of design or production artist experience

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong design and typography skills
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills with the desire to learn and assist others on your team
  • Solid knowledge of the creative development process and the ability to perform tasks in a timely and productive manner
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude that contributes to the overall success of a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, or Graphic Design

  • Solid understanding of music product materials or manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of and affinity for Disney brands

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,700 to $78,600 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
