Key Responsibilities

• Education and guidance of clients on financial strategies
• Assessment of client assets and liabilities, as well as overall financial condition
• Review and recommendation of client portfolios
• Networking and building relationships with new and existing clientele
• Enrollment in and completion of an online licensing course and passing of required exam (if not already licensed)

Desired Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for helping others, and prior sales and/or business experience. A Life and Health license is preferred, but not required – we provide direction, support, and guidance to help you achieve your goals.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Financial Professional with Workwarp, you'll be compensated with a competitive salary, plus 100% commission on sales. Our average annual full-time agent compensation tiers are:

• Tier 1 (0-3 Years Experience): $65,050
• Tier 2 (4-7 Years Experience): $284,033
• Tier 3 (8-10 Years Experience): $502,278

These figures are based on average earnings in 2020, which included commissions and overrides, for U.S. and Canadian agents who are full-time, have a tenure of eight (8) to (10) years with us, and have earned executive-level promotions.
