Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and energetic Representative to join our Customer Service team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing our sales productivity, and assisting with the overall optimization of customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Happy Floors, providing world-class customer service in all interactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Data Entry and CRM Management: Accurately input information into various fields and maintain the CRM database with customer and prospect information.
  • Order Management: Maintain an order batch, responsible for the life of an order from processing to following up, if required.
  • Follow-up and Verification: Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and verify items and customer's information entered accurately.
  • Payment Processing: Follow up on pending payments and process payments in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience.
  • Technical Skills: Must be computer literate with data entry skills and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Language Skills: English/Spanish a plus.
