Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Remote Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you'll play a critical role in supporting store operations, deterring loss, identifying shrink opportunities, and providing physical security and safety awareness. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

As a Loss Prevention Remote Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Assessing, prioritizing, and responding to incoming calls (theft, incidents, alarms)
• Serving as the first contact LP support to store leadership for matters related to LP
• Actively engaging in ongoing forensic video review to identify deviation from expectations related to shrink (internal, external, process)
• Developing and conducting investigations leveraging all available business resources
• Liaising with local, state, and federal LE in support of investigative needs
• Supporting cross-functional teams within the company around investigative needs (Firearms Compliance, HR, Operations)
• Maintaining detailed records of daily activities by location, activity type, and outcome
• Conducting structured remote audits within assigned areas to support and enhance store operations
• Performing all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to provide direction and make sound decisions in elevated stress situations
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner
• Knowledge of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and Microsoft Office
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• A minimum of 1 year Loss Prevention or Security experience preferred

This position does not require travel.
