About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate learning and enablement professional to design and deliver innovative technology learning programs for our customers. As part of our Change Enablement practice, this role will bridge client needs and business goals, industry best practices, and emerging technology trends to create learning experiences that drive growth, adoption and success.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology and a proven track record in learning and enablement program management.

What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience leading customer-facing, technology-focused learning and enablement programs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to design and execute innovative learning strategies that directly drive customer adoption, engagement, and success with new technologies.
  • Deep expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, with a talent for making complex technical platforms accessible and practical for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker skilled at identifying knowledge gaps, defining learning objectives, and aligning enablement initiatives with core business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of educating and inspiring audiences at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience developing and managing learning programs from concept to execution, utilizing modern learning platforms, authoring tools, and learning management systems.
  • A self-starter and team player who thrives and takes initiative in remote and cross-functional environments.
A Day-in-the-Life:
  • Discover Needs and Impacts: Partner with client stakeholders to conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and shape training that drives real results.
  • Design & Deliver: Create engaging learning programs that empower clients to adopt new technologies and support internal teams in building expertise.
  • Facilitate Adoption: Create training experiences that make complex technology simple, accessible, and actionable.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Monitor client needs, industry best practices, and emerging trends in learning & technology to keep programs current and effective.
  • Lead with Purpose: Provide guidance and thought leadership, ensuring all learning initiatives align with business outcomes and client growth goals.
  • Collaborate Broadly: Work across internal delivery teams and directly with clients to deliver seamless, impactful Learning and Enablement programs.
