Location: Zagreb, hybrid

We’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our Global People and Culture team and help us find the best talent to grow our company. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our teams with top-tier professionals across technical roles (analytics, engineering, science, and more) and commercial roles (sales, marketing, people, finance, and operations).

What you’ll do:

• Technical Sourcing - Using our ATS & Linked In to assess applications, as well as proactively finding matching candidates to our requirements (Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers etc)

• Manage the full recruitment process—from job posting and sourcing to interviews and offer stages

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics

• Write and post engaging job ads across relevant platforms

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

• Coordinate and schedule interviews

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process

• Keep our ATS up to date and ensure all documentation is handled efficiently

• Support employer branding efforts through events, social media, and content (optional but welcome!)

• Stay on top of hiring trends and continuously look for ways to improve our process

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition position, ideally in a tech start up

• Experience hiring technical roles

• Comfort using ATS tools and LinkedIn as part of your sourcing strategy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive and collaborative mindset

• Excellent English (written and spoken)
