The Role You’ll Play

• Work closely with Product, Design, and QA to build, iterate on, and launch frontend features and interfaces.
• Architect and maintain highly usable, reliable frontend systems that serve a growing user base.
• Apply engineering best practices including automated testing, code reviews, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Design simple, intuitive experiences that make complex workflows feel seamless to users.
• Contribute to collaborative planning, retrospectives, and product discussions.
• Seek diverse feedback to improve your work and elevate the experience for our users.
• Take ownership of delivering impactful features that support studio partners and customers.

Experience You Bring

• Senior-level experience developing large-scale, user-facing web applications.
• Skilled in frontend architecture and experienced with designing services that scale.
• Familiar with microservice architectures and building integrations between frontend and backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile processes, and common design patterns.
• Able to evaluate new features for impact and identify risks early.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in cross-functional environments.

Technologies You’ll Work With

• While we value specific expertise, we care most about your ability to build great systems and learn quickly.
• Frontend: React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin
• Backend Exposure: Microservices, RESTful APIs
• Databases: SQL and relational databases
• UX: A focus on building accessible, inclusive user interfaces
