Job Summary
Provisioning Specialists will help manage requests related to Filevine’s existing customer base. Some of the core responsibilities will include: Auditing customer usage data, assisting in provisioning new customer platforms, assisting in partner implementation requests, data analysis, and data cleanup. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations, you will assist in ensuring smooth operations and transition from sales into implementation.
