Key Responsibilities

• Performing procure to pay (P2P) accounting postings for assigned Welltech Group entities

• P2P Accounts maintaining and reconciling (e.g. supplier accounts, bank statements, bank payments processing, intercompany reconciliations)

• Preparing monthly financial reports, under the supervision of team members

• Assisting with annual audit preparations

• Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve issues

• Performing other P2P accounting duties and supporting P2P accounting colleagues

Required skills

• Higher education in accounting or last years’ student

• Initial P2P accounting experience

• Accounting experience in international company - strong benefit

• Strong willingness to learn new things

• High level of attention to details

• English knowledge – minimum upper-intermediate

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of Workday system – nice to have

• Polish accounting knowledge would be beneficial
