Job Description

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) - Mission Technologies is currently hiring for a Part-Time Receptionist to work on a mission supporting Wright Patterson Air Force base (on base and off base locations). This position will require the candidate to cover the front desk, check in visitors, check / submit clearances in DISS, answer and route incoming phone calls. Additional duties will include various administrative tasks.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist them in processing through the visitor identification and badging process according to standard operating procedures.
• Work with visitor sponsors / coordinators to prepare visitor badges and other actions as required to provide superior customer service.
• Should have excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Protect and control Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with local procedures.
• Send, receive and verify personnel security clearances via DISS.
• Perform random security inspections and enforce local policy regarding introductions of prohibited items in to the facility.
• Receive and disseminate incoming mail and sign for packages
• Monitoring personnel entering the facility to ensure they are authorized and display proper identification.
• Accomplish required annual training and maintain certificates, as appropriate.
