As part of our international Data squad, you’ll craft tailor-made solutions that wow our clients. We’re hunting for a passionate Data Engineer with a solid technical background. Your mission? Train, deploy, and put groundbreaking developments into action — and that’s just the beginning.

You will be responsible for:

• Design and lead end-to-end data engineering solutions in cloud environments.
• Develop projects from scratch with minimal supervision and strong team collaboration.
• Guide teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure best practices in data quality, security, and scalability.
• Mentor other engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Develop ETLs using Spark (Python/Scala).
• Work on cloud-based projects (Azure/AWS).
• Build scalable pipelines using a variety of technologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, including designing and building end-to-end architectures in cloud environments.
• Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and design technical proposals tailored to business goals.
• Experience in technical presales, including demos, solutioning, and proposal writing.
• Capable of leading projects independently and mentoring other engineers.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in Apache Spark.
• Expertise with Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines (CI/CD).
• Experience with testing (unit, integration, etc.).
• Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Bonus points for experience in Artificial Intelligence.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• A strong team player mindset.
