What You'll Do
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
- Adapt to Chick-fil-A required language
- Work positions with speed and accuracy
- Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure product quality and consistency
- Follow safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Keep clear and courteous communication with all other team members
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and comfortable work environment
- Follow instructions from the leadership team and Operator

What You'll Need
- Must be at least 16 years old upon hire date
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Possess reliable transportation for regular commute
- Available on Fridays and Saturdays
- Basic English speaking and reading skills are required
- Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Have excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Be comfortable to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Possess mobility, speed, and multitasking abilities during shifts
- Be a quick learner who can adapt and perform efficiently
- Be proactive and focused throughout the shift
- Committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
