- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Colorado License in Occupational Therapy
- Colorado Department of Education Certificate for Occupational Therapy
- 2+ years of experience in a school setting
- State Check through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (name based)
- National Check through the FBI (fingerprint based)
