A Day in the Life

We are seeking a talented and motivated Affera™ Graduates Program Manager responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and scaling of Medtronic’s Western Europe CAS Graduate Program for EP Mapping Specialist role (Mappers). This includes leading the design and launch of the program across multiple countries, in close collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business leaders and key stakeholders. You will act as the central driver to ensure timelines, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness for each intake. In such a highly visible and impactful role, ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a passion for talent development, and the ability to work across a matrixed and multicultural environment, you will create a strong, powerful onboarding graduate program, eventually acting as the liaison between the market and the business to build the program from scratch, while also understanding the main priorities and the complexity of working with various stakeholders based all across several countries.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management for the Graduate Program across Europe, coordinate with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Business Leaders, T&E) to align goals and deliverables, while also developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
  • Define program structure, timelines, onboarding plans, design and track program KPIs to assess effectiveness, participant engagement, and business impact , support the marketing, branding, and communication strategy of the program internally and externally.
  • Act as main point of contact for country leads, hiring managers, and T&E team when it comes to graduates’ activities.
  • Facilitate ongoing stakeholder engagement and governance (status meetings, executive updates, reporting).
  • Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to main stakeholders also at external level: main Graduates Job Fairs, Business Schools, Universities...etc. with the relevant support of TA team.

Required knowledge and experience

  • Master’s degree along with 5+ years of project management experience or strategy and business development experience, preferably with a project management certification
  • Experience working across European geographies and cultures, preferably within the MedTech industry
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
  • Fluency in English, with fluency in additional European languages considered a big asset
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a matrixed environment
