PSM is seeking a FULL-TIME Product Growth Manager to lead product strategy implementation from inception to launch. This role involves developing growth strategies, analyzing user behavior, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing the platform's ecosystem. The position is remote and requires a candidate comfortable with a focus on adult content.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales, growth, user acquisition/retention, success, and/or implementation management experience in technology or related industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of innovative products.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, or mobile apps is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in product management methodologies
- Ability to develop understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Strong business acumen
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, management, and time management skills
- Scrappy, resourceful and biased towards action
