The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Part Time Customer Service Representative (CSR)  who will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service. You’ll act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.  You’ll be responsible for educating customers on our product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and text based tickets
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide best-in-class customer service
  • Coordinate resolution of customer complaints, reshipments, refunds, etc. 

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service role is a must
  • Proven record of successful customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and a positive attitude

Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Availability to accommodate possible schedule changes
  • Experience using any helpdesk platform like Gorgias is a must
  • Experience in an e-commerce platform like Shopify is a must
  • Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus
