About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.Learn about BAP Program HERE

Who may apply

Current University students and recent Graduates who can commit at least 6 months tenure, fulltime 5 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Focus on Internal system design, help improve efficiency and enhance user experience.
• Be responsible for design requirements under the instructions of designers.
• Work with a cross-functional, cross-regional team of designers, product managers, developers and other stakeholders.
• Join projects at varying stages of production, ranging from prototyping to providing scalable production resources, to polishing and optimizing UI assets for shipping, working closely with engineering to ensure a high-quality product.
• Do regular UX/UI walkthroughs and competitive analysis. Keep improving the user experience.

Requirements:

• Basic hands-on design skills and solid design knowledge.
• Majored in Art/Design/Computer Science or have related projects experience.
• Self-driven and eager to learn.
• Team player and collaborative.
