Appodeal is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer – AI & Business Automation to help us design and build AI agents and automation platforms that power the future of our business. You’ll work on projects integrating large language models, APIs, and data workflows, while also contributing to our internal engineering ecosystem.

What will you do

AI Agent & Automation Development (Core Focus)

• Design and develop intelligent agents powered by LLMs.
• Build agent workflows that integrate with external APIs, tools, and databases.
• Implement MCP servers to connect our projects and data sources.
• Create and optimize prompts, manage context, and implement memory modules.

Engineering & Data Platform Work (Supporting Responsibilities)

• Design and develop our ELT platform and data pipelines.
• Build and maintain internal services used across the company.
• Review and provide feedback on code to ensure quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Contribute to internal documentation and the engineering wiki.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.

What we expect from you

• Strong experience working with Large Language Models.
• Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and memory modules.
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines.
• Ability to design and evaluate multi-agent architectures.
• 3+ years of experience in Python or full-stack development.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of modern software practices: clean code, testing, code reviews, CI/CD.
• Proficiency with Docker & Docker Compose.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with data engineering tools like DBT, Dagster, Airflow, or Meltano.
• Experience with FastAPI, Vue.js, or AWS.
