Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) – Flexible Shifts Location: Tallahassee, FL Position Type: Full-Time | Flexible Shifts Available Why This Opportunity? Hourly Pay Range: $27.72 – $39.60 (based on experience)
- 5+ years: $33.00/hr
- 10+ years: $36.30/hr
- 15+ years: $39.60/hr
- Deliver timely, patient-centered emergency care
- Triage and assess patients, from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up
- Experience: At least 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience required
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required
- Licensure: Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact license (or eligible to obtain prior to start)
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required before start
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required within 90 days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required within 90 days of hire
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – Required within 90 days of hire
