About the Position: We are currently hiring a dedicated LPN to provide one-on-one, private duty care for a wonderful 8-year-old male child in the Harrison City area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include

• Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Medication administration

• G-tube care & feedings

• Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

• Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

• Offering companionship and encouragement throughout the day

Schedule

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Pediatric & G-tube experience

• CPR certification (preferred)

• Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
