Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau, who can take analytical requirements from concept to polished dashboard. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping data-driven insights for our clients by developing new dashboards and auditing existing ones for quality, performance, and consistency.

• Translate requirements into interactive, insightful dashboards using Tableau
• Write optimized SQL/BigQuery queries to power clean, scalable visualizations
• Audit and improve existing dashboards for performance, usability, and standardization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and business questions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best practices in reporting
• Learn and adopt new tools (e.g., Amplitude) quickly when needed
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work comfortably and respectfully in environments aligned with religious missions or values

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Advanced SQL/BigQuery skills with ability to write efficient, complex queries
• Expert-level Tableau proficiency (calculations, parameters, LOD expressions, actions)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable navigating new tools and adapting to fast-changing environments
• Respectful and professional when working with religiously-oriented organizations

Where We're Looking For It: Latin America or United States

Open to 100% Fully Remote

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
