Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, Product Safety - Marketplace

Position Summary...As a Manager on the U.S. Product Safety and Compliance Marketplace team, you will have responsibility for development and maintenance of programs designed to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance in support of expanding marketplace business initiatives. • Build Product Safety and Compliance programs to ensure product compliance with new regulatory obligations.
• Monitor program execution through KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate change impact to marketplace business areas.
• Lead by example.

• 2+ years of compliance experience, with an emphasis on program building and execution.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to work cross-functionally to build strong work relationships resulting in program improvements.
