Assistant Store Manager Reports to: General Manager Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: $40- $44k annually with quarterly bonus We offer our employees on-going training, advancement opportunities, and a fun work environment. Experience: Some management experience in a retail or food service environment is strongly preferred Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in the day to day out operations.
• Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties.
• Manage cost controls and inventory.
• Manage store scheduling.
• Make sound judgments under pressure and in fast-paced situations.
• Effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities to staff.

Operational and Technical Skills:

• Time Management: Organizing and prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Restaurant Operations: Understanding food preparation, service standards, and restaurant management software.
• Inventory Management: Ensuring accurate inventory levels and managing food costs.
• Financial Management: Understanding basic financial concepts and managing budgets.
• Cash Handling and Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems: Proficiency in handling cash transactions and using POS systems.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus!
• Experience: 2+ years management experience
