Position Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Position Location: Northeast region Position Type: Remote in Northeast (MA, CT, RI, NH, NY) Compensation: $147,750-$163,000 plus 25% bonus (Compensation Depends On Skills, Knowledge, Education, And Experience) Position Snapshot: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) oversees sales performance for assigned regions by creating and implementing strategy, managing and supporting their team, and maintaining internal relationships. The RSM position is remote within the New England area, with occasional reporting to the Uxbridge, MA headquarters as needed. About you: You’re an outgoing, people leader with 5+ years of sales management experience in the automation industry. Competitive by nature, you consistently lead your team to exceed goals by developing targeted sales strategies within your assigned region.   • Responsible for the success of the Northeast area of US
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse team to achieve and exceed regional sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the overall company objectives and regional market opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives that expand market share
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners and industry stakeholders
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports and actional insights to Leadership
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time

Requirements

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of high-performance sales experience with products used in manufacturing and/or process industries
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, demonstrating exceptional ability to manage teams and drive results
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a proven ability to inspire, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Experienced in implementing multi-channel sales strategies to maximize market reach and customer engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and trust across teams and clients
